Speaking with the crew today, they have survived the strong winds which have been from the north and which they decided just to row with it and sent them heading south west. They still made great headway with an impressive 92nm on day 5! Life onboard is good and the crew are coping with the conditions well…..the record is still within reach!
At 1000hrs this morning, their distance to finish was a superb 2131nm!
They have been enjoying the messages and appreciate all the support – but a special message off the boat today for four boys (Archie, Fergus, Max & Henry) in London from Dad. James Prior said “to infinity and beyond…..now get your homework done!”
